- Set number of hours provided with each contract
Sick Leave
- All benefit-eligible employees
- Earned each pay period with no maximum
Holidays
- 12 paid holidays each calendar year
- 1 personal holiday each fiscal year

Parental Leave - UA
- Available to parents on job protected leave for the birth or adoption/placement of their child
- Must be used in the first 6 months
Short-term Disability (STD) - Unum
- Disabilities that prevent you from working for up to 13 weeks
- University paid benefit for all eligible employees
Long Term Disability (LTD) - Unum
- Disabilities that prevent you from working for more than 90 days
- University paid benefit for all eligible employees
Leave Share - UA
Available to certain employees who experience leave without pay while out on an approved
job-protected event.
