  • Available to parents on job protected leave for the birth or adoption/placement of their child
  • Must be used in the first 6 months
  Short-term Disability (STD) - Unum
  • Disabilities that prevent you from working for up to 13 weeks
  • University paid benefit for all eligible employees
  Long Term Disability (LTD) - Unum
  • Disabilities that prevent you from working for more than 90 days
