A window titled “Select a window or an application that you want to share†displays thumbnails of available screens and application windows. Options for sharing the entire screen or individual applications appear in the center of the screen, with one application window selected and outlined in blue. A presenter layout panel on the right includes controls for content positioning, virtual backgrounds, wallpapers, and screen-sharing settings. A blue “Share†button is displayed at the bottom center, and meeting controls such as Mute, Video, Record, Share Screen, and More are visible along the bottom toolbar.
Zoom's screen-sharing menu lets users choose which screen or application to present during a meeting.
