A welcome pop-up titled “Welcome to the new Zoom web experience” appears in the upper right, with buttons labeled “Remind me later” and “Next.” Behind the pop-up, the Zoom dashboard shows the current time (10:12 AM), icons for New Meeting, Join, and Schedule, and a message indicating no meetings are scheduled. An expanded menu panel on the right displays additional Zoom options, including Home, Zoom Mail, Calendar, Whiteboard, Notes, Team Chat, and Phone.

The new Zoom Web experience will be enabled for all users on August 26th. It offers a unified, intuitive interface with a redesigned homepage, a universal header, and simplified navigation. It includes a product waffle menu for cross-product navigation, a profile menu, and a new chat experience with pinned tabs, continuous meeting chats, and support for productivity tools. Starting on August 16th, users will be able to “try” or switch to the new experience if they choose.

The navigation menu also includes links for Resources, Plans & Pricing, Schedule, Join, Host, and Web App. The Zoom logo is displayed on the left, and search, support, contact, and account options appear in the top-right corner.

Following the enablement by Zoom on August 26th, users will not be able to switch back to the old interface.
