University Action Plans
Each university in the UA system has developed an action plan grounded in data on Alaska Native student outcomes and guided by ANSI's three pillars: student preparation, recruitment, and graduation; Alaska Native faculty and staff retention; and building a culture of belonging across our campuses. These plans reflect a shared commitment to building a university system whose workforce, programs, and values reflect the Alaska Native communities we serve (who make up approximately 20% of Alaska's population). The stronger that representation is across all of our work, the more effectively we can fulfill our mission.
